Hospitality
Cafés, bars and restaurants that need to sell fast, manage tables and fill their schedule.
Invoice, sell, and track expenses, stock, batches, bookings and clock-ins from one place. Whatever happens in your business is recorded once, and everything else updates itself.
Get started in two minutes, no card required. If you would rather we show you around, we will call you.
Turn on only what you use. Every module shares customers, products and figures with the others, so nothing is typed twice.
Upload supplier invoices as a PDF, a photo or by forwarding them by email. We read the supplier, date, tax base, every IGIC or VAT rate and the amount, suggest the expense type and leave it ready for your accountant.
You define the recipe once. Every production run creates its batch and deducts ingredients, and every sale deducts product. If a supplier reports an issue, you know in seconds which batches and which tickets contain it.
Table, appointment or class bookings with automatic reminders. Clock-ins from the iPad or a phone, with the legally required record always ready to export. Clock-ins work offline and sync when the connection returns.
Set up products, taxes and fiscal entities on the web. Record sales from the iPad with Epson TM printing over Ethernet, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The POS records sales and prints tickets offline, and syncs when the connection returns. Vendenius is already ready for Veri*factu. B2B e-invoicing will arrive in Vendenius before it becomes mandatory.
Set up products, prices and taxes on the web and record sales from the iPad on your counter. You can record sales and print tickets offline; when the connection returns, sales sync to your reports, stock and Veri*factu.
With five different programs this would be five entries, three exports and a Friday afternoon. Here it is a single tap.
Accounting firms get their own account. Each client gives you access with one click and you see their invoices, expenses and reports as they happen, without chasing receipts over WhatsApp or waiting until the 20th.
We started with cafés, bakeries and service businesses in the Canary Islands. Every sector starts with the modules it needs already switched on.
Cafés, bars and restaurants that need to sell fast, manage tables and fill their schedule.
Bakeries, pastry shops and central kitchens with recipes, batches and several stores.
Shops that sell over the counter and invoice businesses, with stock always up to date.
Clinics, surf schools, workshops and professionals who work by appointment.
Vendenius has completely simplified our invoicing. The Veri*factu integration gives us peace of mind for the future.
Recording the sale is really fast: we make far fewer mistakes during rush hours, and the statistics help us decide what to bake.
The dashboard is very clear and the exports reach our accountant perfectly.
No lock-in. Change plans whenever you like and pay only for the modules in your plan.

Vendenius is already ready for Veri*factu. B2B e-invoicing will arrive in Vendenius before it becomes mandatory. B2B e-invoicing (Law 18/2022 and Royal Decree 238/2026): it will be mandatory from 6 October 2027 for companies with turnover above EUR 8 million, and from 6 October 2028 for all other companies and self-employed professionals. Veri*factu (Royal Decree 1007/2023): under the rules currently in force, invoicing software must be adapted before 1 January 2027 if you pay Corporate Income Tax, and before 1 July 2027 in all other cases. On 5 October 2026, the Spanish Tax Agency announced that it plans to postpone this until October 2028, but it has not yet been published in the BOE. We will update this answer as soon as it is official. The same dates apply in the Canary Islands, with IGIC instead of VAT.
The POS runs on iPad and iPhone and prints on Epson TM. Invoicing, expenses, inventory and reports work from any browser.
Upload the invoice as a PDF or take a photo of it. We read the supplier, the date, the tax base, every IGIC or VAT rate and the amount, and suggest the expense type. You review the data before saving the expense.
Only if you give them access, and you can withdraw it at any time. Your accountant sees your invoices, expenses and reports from their own account, and can download expenses with the image of every document.
Yes. Each location can have its own fiscal entity or share the company's, and you see the figures for all of them together or separately.
Yes. The iPad and iPhone app keeps working offline: you can record sales on the POS, print tickets and clock the working day as usual, and everything syncs automatically when the connection returns. Inventory and batch traceability need a connection.
